Steve Rutherford....amazing and steadfast son, husband, brother....my dear brother in law.....or more like my little brother from another mother...to Maria, Julianna, James and Aaron.... a father.....doting and devoted, simply like no other.
Steve, I will miss your laughter...unrestrained,hearty and infectious.....I will miss how you loved.....deeply, selflessly and unconditionally....will miss how you lived.... playfully, joyfully and kindly. Selfishly, I will miss how you always so appreciated my cooking, especially when I made potroast with sourcream gravy! I will treasure always the fun times and memories....so many.....we shared over the years. Singing kareoke; dining at the GO and those damn good margaritas.... our trips to Laughlin... just hanging out in backyard playing dominoes. I will miss your Happy Friday pics toasting the weekend and the hilarious GIFS. Playing Fantasy Football , without you my dear nemisis, will never be the same.
Your journey here on earth was cut way too short but I hope you realize how you enriched countless lives in the brief time you were here. Although you are no longer physically with us, we will always feel your presence and encompassing love. And above all, this I know is true...we will all be gloriously reunited again.......soon.......Yeah Buddy!
